Vegetable blanching machine

It can be used to blanch kinds of vegetables and cook food.

Introduction

There are two types: automatic blanching and semi-automatic blanching.

1. The automatic blanching machine uses the principle of steam to lay steam pipes at the bottom of the equipment, and the steam pipes are equipped with air outlets. Water is injected into the cooking tank, and steam is used to heat the medium water for cooking. The steam heats the water so that the temperature in the tank is uniform without dead ends. The tank body of the equipment is equipped with an insulation layer to reduce heat loss, and the insulation effect is good for achieving the purpose of energy saving. The equipment is covered with an exhaust gas outlet, through which excess exhaust gas is discharged. The material advances at a constant speed in the cooking tank through the conveyor belt and the running speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the cooking time. The heating temperature can be adjusted from 0-100°C according to the product’s needs. After the material is cooked and cooked, it is output by the conveyor belt and sent to the following process. The equipment can carry out continuous, simple operations, saving labor and energy.

The device is equipped with a temperature sensor unit. The temperature in the cooking tank can be detected in real-time. At the same time, the equipment has a pneumatic angle seat valve. When the detected temperature is lower than the required temperature, the pneumatic angle seat valve can supply steam to the equipment. When the temperature is higher than the required temperature, the pneumatic angle seat valve will be closed and no longer make up steam for the equipment.

2. The semi-automatic blanching machine is working periodically. We need to put the material once and when they are cooked well we discharge manually.
